Molly has been with Pushpay for over four years and has been instrumental in helping to develop and maintain a smooth customer experience. Molly commenced with Pushpay as a Senior Implementation Manager, rapidly rising through Customer Success leading Pushpay’s multi-award winning team as Director of Customer Success, VP of Customer Success and most recently Chief Customer Officer.

As a member of Pushpay’s Executive Leadership Team since July 2019, Molly has been instrumental in the successful combination of the Pushpay and Church Community Builder businesses and culture during the first 12 months.

Prior to Pushpay, Molly spent over 15 years leading in non-profit organisations and companies of varying size. She was the director of K-12 Education for the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde in Oregon, US for seven years, where she was responsible for leading successful programmes for Native American youth and families. Molly also owned her own change management consulting business for more than four years where she focused on helping businesses navigate change and accelerate growth.

Molly has been a volunteer and advocate for youth and families in various organisations for more than twenty years and has led in many capacities, including as a board member, coach, youth leader and more. Molly lives with her family in Seattle, Washington, US.

Paul was a founding member of Resi and has led the company's product initiatives since inception. Paul has first-hand experience with customers' streaming needs, bringing his background in broadcast engineering for enterprise organisations (Hewlett Packard) and technical directing for his local multi-location church.

Kevin has spent nearly seven years at Pushpay, and his expertise on organisational design and process improvement has helped enable the Company to quickly scale amidst years of rapid growth. He was also an integral part of the success of the recent Church Community Builder acquisition, where he guided the Company’s IT and Operations teams through the business integration process. His leadership has also helped ensure the longevity of Pushpay’s systems and tools—which enable the Company and its employees to serve its customers well.

Prior to his time at Pushpay, Kevin held a variety of sales, recruitment and leadership roles across the US and New Zealand, including roles with Fairfax Media, Catch Software, and The Teaching Company. Kevin lives with his family in Seattle, Washington, US.

Stephen is the Catholic Market Sales Manager for Pushpay. He formerly worked as Director of Communications and Development at St. Anthony of Padua in the Woodlands, Texas, US and also worked at the Cathedral of Christ the King in Atlanta, Georgia, US. Stephen holds a BA from Franciscan University of Steubenville and an MBA from the University of Georgia. Stephen has a passion for helping parishes adopt new technology and lives with his family in Nashville, Tennessee, US.

Steve spent 16 years with United Parcel Service in a number of operations management and industrial engineering roles before transitioning into the nonprofit sector to work with Adventures In Missions (AIM). While at AIM he held Director of Operations and Director of Short Term Missions roles, during which he helped scale the organisation as it achieved annual growth rates in excess of 18% over 11 years. Steve holds a BBA from Dallas Baptist University and lives with his family in Seattle, Washington, US.

Shanda has been with Pushpay for one year and has focused on strengthening and differentiating the brand to help drive growth. She has more than 20 years of experience as a marketer working for companies such as Adobe, American Express, F5 Networks, Microsoft and Starbucks. Shanda holds a BA from University of Houston and an MA from George Washington University. She lives with her family in Seattle.

Aaron developed considerable experience in the delivery of software in his prior 20 year career with John Deere. He progressed through many levels of leadership, ultimately leading global teams in the US, Europe, South America and India through a hyper-growth period during a landmark digital transformation in agriculture. In 2018, Aaron joined Church Community Builder out of his desire to work at the intersection of technology and faith. He joined Pushpay’s leadership team via the acquisition of Church Community Builder in 2019 and assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer. Aaron holds a Computer Engineering degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa. Aaron lives with his family in Colorado Springs, Colorado, US.
